Hospitality of the staff.

The rooms are well-appointed and well furnished and the buffet breakfast offered has a wide range of dishes. The sea view from the window is breathtaking. It has unbeatable remote location good in the restaurants was excellent. It's also very close to Sentosa Island & south china sea and the beautiful and quiet Capella-a hideaway and the Palawan Beach.

The location was incredible, just a 10-15 minutes walk from a themed amusement park. I had exclusive and outstanding breakfasts with the French chef.

The location of the hotel is stunning. the staff are very knowledgeable. - the hotel is near the bustling city life and a 5-star establishment. - It's about a 5-minute walk from Siloso Beach. - the buffet breakfast was amazing.

the location of the Knolls restaurant at Capella Sentosa was quiet and easy to find. the proximity to the beach and lush greenery created a peaceful and natural atmosphere.

The excellent services, beautiful pool, convenient on-site parking, and the pleasant location near the Library make this place a great choice.

We got great value for our money at Capella! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big lap pool and beautiful green surroundings. The staff treated us with care and attended to our needs.

The hotel is beautifully designed and has a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. The food served at the in-house restaurant was delicious and well-presented.

the hotel's facilities were poorly maintained. The in-room dining food was below par, with cold and overcooked dishes, and even basic amenities like butter were missing.

The architecture and design of this ultra-luxury hotel were simply thrilling! The unique and high-end resort, designed by a renowned British architecture firm, had a modern and mechanical feel that was refreshing. The landscape and garden were immaculately kept, adding to the overall beauty of the place.

While there were many positive aspects, there were a few things that could be improved upon. The spa experience was marred by a communication issue, resulting in wasted time and unnecessary stress.

The highlight of my stay at Capella was definitely the amazing cooking class with Kenny. He was incredibly patient and professional, and even customized our Valentine's dinner and breakfast with our favorite ingredients. The whole experience was outstanding and made our anniversary even more special. I highly recommend this hotel.

The resort vibe, especially at Bob's Bar, was a great place to relax with comfortable seating and drinks.

I stayed at Capella for a few days with my elderly parents. The breakfast spread was huge, and the juice counter was a nice bonus. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff. The separate pools for children and adults kept the noise level down, creating a quiet and secluded ambiance. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved that the room had electronically controlled temperature, lighting, and curtains. The hotel grounds were lush with greenery, providing a tranquil and zen atmosphere. The Library offered complimentary snacks and beverages throughout the day, and the coffee was excellent. The Auriga spa had fantastic facilities, although the massage and facial were just okay. The staff were flexible, allowing for late check-in, and the food, especially dinner, was of excellent quality.
